   - Time of implementation: 05 - 10 days, depending on the complexity of the dossier. 

   - Method of implementation: The owner handed over a copy of technical construction documents for Quoc Cuong, then the two parties signed the test contract. 

   - Expense for implementation: 6,000,000 VND / dossier set.

2. Cost estimation and construction quotation services:

   - Formality: To check the accuracy of volumes and norms of basic materials, to inspect the statistical process from the drawing up of estimates and inspection. The basic unit price of each item. 

   - Time of implementation: 05 - 10 days, depending on the complexity of the dossier. 

   - Method of implementation: The owner handed over a copy of the technical construction documents and a detailed construction quotation for Quoc Cuong, then the two parties signed the test contract. 

   - Expenses for implementation: 5,000,000 VND / dossier set
